12 Month Prescription Information

We are a small owner operated general practice clinic located on Kendal Avenue, in Burnside, Christchurch. Our small size allows us to give individual attention to our patients, some of whom have been coming to us for over 50 years.

We are taking new patients. We have an enrolment zone, if you are living within Burnside, Bishopdale, Harewood, Avonhead, Russley, or Ilam by suburb boundaries as shown on Google maps you can enrol.

Our patients can find information on the above links about our services. Request a prescription for your regular medication or send us a message from the above links.

Our enrolled patients can use my indici patient portal. This needs to be set up for you by our reception team. This allows you to use the myindici app on your phone or the myindici website to send us prescription requests and see test results. It can also be used to book appointments.

To check for our next available appointment, click myindici or open the app on your phone. When looking for appointments you can change the option from my provider to other provider to see which of our doctors is next available. Alternatively give us a call on (03) 358 8266.

Our opening hours are 0830 to 1730 Monday to Friday with the telephone diverted to information about after hours services from 1700. Additional Saturday morning clinic 9am-12pm over winter.
